I used pressure treated 4x4's for the frame and 3/4 plywood for the top and lids. I coated it with Cabelas tough coat rubberized coating.It's a little heavy, maybe 60lbs but didn't affect my speed or holeshot though. Well worth it it nice to have the extra deck space and storage.
