Roberts or Henry's indoor/outdoor or outdoor carpet adhesive are a couple I can think of. Home Depot or similar stores carry it.
I usually use the carpet adhesive for the decking a large flat areas and contact cement, where you have to wrap the lids. Weldwood contact cement worked well for me.

Mike's got it. I'm using both on my carpet resto job. You can get Henry's at either HD or Lowes and the Weldwood contact cement is available at both those places and also Wally world.
