Want to add custom livewell... any ideas???

I own a 1988 Bass Tracker 1800FS... and it will be used exclusively for muskie fishing... I have already made plans to add a casting deck extension in front of the consoles...

The space under this extension would be wasted til I started thinking about adding a custom-sized livewell... and a friend suggested that I utilize that area in front of the consoles for the livewell...

The width wouldnt be a problem... but the length would... as one side would be approx 54" and other side would be approx 60"...

Would any of you have any ideas what I could do, or any recommendation? I was thinking of plastic to cut weight, but probably easier to make one out of aluminum...

If you can't find a drop in, some plywood, fiberglass tape (or cloth) and epoxy resin and you can build whatever you want. As long as the wood is sealed up good, it will be water tight.

A local aluminum welder,saves on freight and readily available for question/answer sessions."CUSTOM" usually involves a "hands on" approach.Try to minimize expense by figuring out such things as plumbing,insulation, how you wish to attach(bolted,welded,etc.),and overall demensions.
