what to use to seal up some pretty nasty skins

got some pretty nasty skins on the boat the last time we were at the lake....had it parked on the bank and it rocked back and forth on some rocks and put some pretty good gouges in the bottom right behind the Hambys....what can i seal these up with so water dosent get in the glass over time? Marine Tex? Silicone work?

Marine Tex will do the job....clean out the gouges, lightly sand them around the edges and smooth on the marine -tex....waterproof..and stays on...easy to work with.
