    Ranger rebuilds

You guys ever notice how many old Rangers are being restored on this forum. I think it speaks volumes on the quality and durabilty of the Ranger brand. I guess that is why you see lots of 20yr+ Rangers still fishin! After being deep in the guts of my 350V I can say there were no corners cut on the contruction!

    Re: Ranger rebuilds (bardern)

I just started the restoration on my 87 Ranger 373 this past weekend. Finding this site was a big reason I finally got off my butt and started to slick up the old boat. It fishes great, it just looks like hell with all the chalky oxidation. I also need to do a complete re-wire, re-carpet, and re-plumb to get it up to date. I love my old Ranger.

I second this... My first boat was a 90 372V that I did a little work to... now I have two of them I am restoring...just little stuff is all...not like some I have seen....
