    Pics of my Ranger 392

Just got the boat back from my dealer from the yearly service. Finally have had some warm days in Northern Ontario the snow is gone finally and got to clean up the boat. Did some very light wet sanding on some light oxidation. Seemed the rubbing compounds were not getting it done so read here for some tips beared done and finally did it. Wow. COuld not believe the results. Just finished off with Meguiars Premier Marine wax. Here is the end results.

Will that wet sanding work on the trailer too?

it will work your fenders I know...there is a place here close that will hot dip and powdercoat for 200 bucks if the trailer has been sand blasted. you could do the sides of the hull also..most rangers get a really whitish look to them when they are supposed to almost be a light charcoal/gray color. I would use 800 grit and move up from there on the hull. that mcguires is some good stuff!! I use a powerball with a corded drill and run it until I don't see the lines of wax in it anymore then whip the rest off with a clean cloth...man do they shine! Aren't you proud of what you did?!?!? Makes you feel like you have a new boat! :)
