OK I have a 1996 Ranger 461 and the rivets that hold the hinge to the rod locker door need to be replaced. How do I go about doing this and what all tools do I need, I know it is very hard to get too so I need some help please.

on my 98 519 you can unscrew the locker from the boat itself, then I drilled out the rivets and replaced with same size SS screws and lock nuts...good luck
