I've never tried to mix them in a system like yours, I have been able to use Morse and Teleflex cables in the old rack and pinion systems.
I guess the simple answer is yes and no, like if they are the same fitting then of course they are inter changable, mind you, there is not too many brands that are the exect same fittings, but you never know.
