Ok here is the deal. Got it out for the season new plugs, fresh lower unit lube. Started up on muffs. Went out on river, ran fine, came home flushed, washed and covered. Went to get it ready for tomorrow, topped off both tanks, came home put on muffs and crank and crank and crank! Notta, nothing, zilch! Replaced primer bulb and still nothing.
Help! What can I do? What can I check?
This sucks, long weekend and issues!
The Kill Switch clip on? Is there spark? Wire harnes connecters?

Kill Switch-Check
Fire....Did not check, but will in the am. I was wondering about the coil pack?
Wiring Harness Connectors-I had cowling off did not see anything unplugged, but will check!

If you have a auto timing light hook it us to see if all 6 have spark. I dont want to ruin your weekend but I spent 6 months battleing that same problem. No spark at the ramp but would start up eventually. Almost like once the dew came off or temp warmed up. I replaced the key switch but it tunred out to be a bad powerpack. I did the optical pickup and timer base as well.
If you have no spark let the sun shine on it with no cover and keep trying.

I did notice that when I replaced the primer bulb the fuel that ran out was pink like it had lots of oil in it from the vro. Someone said to pull the drain screw on the carbs and drain and get fresh fuel back to them. I guess maybe if you had more oil than fuel it would not fire!?
Do a spark test with a gap tester set at 3/8th inch gap.
