Need help with a 1980 Hydrosport Sportster

To anyone,
Hello, I am a new member here, and I joined because yesterday I drove a 23 hour round trip to pick up a 1980 Hydrosport Sportster.

The hull is GREAT shape, but the seats, and top side silver metalic finish is not. It's rough from sun exposure, and weather.
Any tips on how to restor it back or close to factory?

Plus looking for Part....where would one find them?
I bought the boat and trailer for $500.00 and the guy put a newly rebuilt 115hp Johnson on it. I need power trim, plane. I found controls on e-bay, but any help here would be great. It looks like I need to replace the transom mount to fit up a mid 70's power trim set up.

So any help would be greatly appreciated. This boat was worth the trip, it's rough no doubt about it, but I have till next spring to get it ready.
