Darrall,the best way to replace the skins are with staples. Be sure to use a thin gauge wire staple. This is how I install all the seat covers that i replace ( I do it for a living). You'll get a better looking seat in the long run without the mess of the glue. Tight Lines-Gary

I can't use staples. All my seats are fiberglass forms. No wood on the bottom.

get a cheap air stapler from harbor freight
we used one to replace the skins on our 362 and it worked fine on the glass form.
if you don't have an air compressor find a friend who does. Really not bad at all

A friend of mine who is in the auto restoration / upholstery business helped me do mine over the weekend. He used contact cement sprayed from a HVLP gun / compressor. The job turned out great and the seats look better than when they were new. I'll have to post pics soon.
