1996 Evinrude 200 Vindicator(limited)?

My motor idles somewhat ok but often dies while putting in gear. also this season it has started bogging down and dying when getting on plain or putting on trailor. usually aftrer its been warmed up or ran. could it be one of the selenoid from plug wire thats bad, or carbs need rebuilt? once i get on plain top end and midrange is normal just seems to happen when motor is under somewhat of a load. I have always mixed full synthetice 50:1 in gas tank and run carbon guard every year. any ideas?
