100% without a doubt, Henry's 263, no questions asked in my opinion. Easy to work with, very strong, sets up in almost any condition and readily available.

I just finished mine. For areas like the floor and top of the lids where ya need time to reposition. I used indoor/outdoor adhesive. On the sides of the lids where the rug is folded and I needed a "quick - set. I used 3-M Original Contact Cement.

Don't know which number Henry's lowes sells but if it's not 263 you don't want it. The other stuff is probably latex based and won't hold up. It needs to be a solvent based adhesive not water based.

+1, it has to be the waterproof 263. For the edges of my deck lids I used 3M Supper 77 spray adhesive btw.

You can order it online at Hardwareworld.com. Home depot and lowes probably will not sell it because it smells and is not water cleanup. Not harry home owner friendly. It is water proof not just water repellent. Google it and you may find it near you in a flooring store.
