It looks like a good deal but I would tend not to buy from this site! They have very little information listed about them at their web site They don't even give you their address or a phone number. I did register and it said I was customer number 3 that's not many customers.
Also their the About Us section reads:
"This site is under construction. Please return in the near future when we have completed the project."
I would check with your boat insurance agent regarding a discount.
