I've left you messages on your office phone, sent emails to you and even completed the information on line in an attempt to obtain a quote from you and still have not received a return phone call, response to my emails or response to my on line application/request for quote. Continual calls to your office (using the 800 number published on here) only results in being transferred to your voice mail. I guess I don't understand. Is it that you got so much business that you don't want mine? That's all I can summarize from the seemingly lack of interest.

My insurance expires next Tuesday so I gotta make a move here. Bob, if you have time I'd appreciate a call to discuss obtaining insurance. 402-659-8739 this is my cell and its on my side all the time. I will not miss your call!!

Am I the only one Bob don't want to talk to?? I'm developing some sort of complex here!!

Chopper, I had a funeral to go to and was out of the office on Friday. I send out all the quotes by e-mail so that my client has it in front of him when we go over all the coverage's. I will call you A.S.A.P and find out why you did not get it. Sorry for the confusion. Thanks Bob

I'm very sorry to hear about the passing of your friend and I certainly understand you being out of pocket for a while.

Bob called me this morning and he's taking care of my insurance needs.

Just as everybody says, a great guy and seems to know his stuff about insurance. No doubt he will be able to work something out that will help. Really nice to talk to somebody that knows what a bass boat is. Most other insurance folks I have dealt with are nice people alright but got no idea what they are insuring. Not true with Bob!!
