Railroad Ties

Do any of you guys know where I can get some railroad ties in WV. I am building a retaining wall for my new boat parking area. Any Ideas?

You can go down to your local railroad station and go to the maintenance department and get a tie permit, and then they will tell you were we to go to find some ties.

Thanks for your help guys. I broke down this weekend and bought 6x6 treated timbers from Home Depot. I appreciate your help
