9 over 16"....who is your friend Bill Dance.......my next tourney is on Beech Fork Lake 4/29/06. I have been fishing it more, I have not been to east lynn since my first tourney there. There was a tourney there 4/22/06 with 4lb winning ( one fish ), a friend of mine fished that tourney and they boated 25 fish all on trick worms, only had 4 they could weigh.
