Blue Marsh Soon??

Anyone near Blue Marsh? I was wondering if there is any ice still on the lake? I would like to come up and put the boat in this weekend if possible. Not sure if there are any docks in yet either. Any lake info would be appreciated.

as of last sat. no docks at state hill, water was low but i've put in there with a partner & alone just tie off to the posts, to shallow to lanch a bass rig at the fishermans ramp of of rt.183, they mite have some docks in by now with all the rain we had last weekend.

Just spoke to someone via phone at the office. She said the docks are in!
Where do most fishermen launch from?

most lanch from state hill or the other public lanch over by the dam, don't know the name of that one, close to the beach. i'll be lanching at state hill

There are docks in at Dry Brooks.

None at the Sheidy (fish commission) launch off 183.

Don't know about State Hill didn't pay attention when I went by.

The water is cool, but warming.

BTW Fat Rat I caught a nice striper off the point after I left you.

I told that guy and his little boy where they were and headed upstream.

I live about 1/2 mile from the lake. So I can always check on conditions for you.

I'm still learning where the bass are so can't help much there.
Hopefully I can figure something out before April.
I always struggle in the spring.

thanks for the link, i caught two lm on that flat on a trap, the guy and young boy moved down to the point where we met, so nice too meet another bbcer & great guy, see you on april 11, tight lines
