Re: Nobody fishin' Yet (fat rat fisherman)

guys, i might be relocating to the Harrisburg area, am I gonna have to sell the old bass boat? Are there any decent fishing lakes within a reasonable drive, or rivers for that matter that an 18 ft boat will work in??
    Help!

Keep the boat for fishing the Upper Chseapeake Bay but you'll want a jet drive for the best smallmouth fishing in the USA - on the river.

I went to Harvey's Lake today for a "shake down" run as I hadn't had the boat in the water for 6 months. Everything worked perfect except the fish didn't cooperate. I didnt' fish long, just for an hour but was surprised at how cold the water was - 52 degrees.

It was 60 degrees last weekend on the Northeast River.
