My wife and I spent the week-end at Broken Bow. The lake was up and clear with a surface water temperature of 75 degrees. Saturday morning we fished a variety of spots on the south end of the lake. Fished flukes, swim baits and lipless crankbaits. Caught a good number of fish below the slot of 13" and two above. That evening we fished further north in Otter Creek and Bea Creek. Caught a lot of small fish and one big fish, from Cedar Creek. Wife caught it. It was about 22" and about 6 lbs. Sun was bright and there was very little wind. We did not find any schooling fish, but they are reported by other fishermen on the lake.
