Mike has a new home and thank you Rod.

    The move was hectic yesterday.
I arrived @ 7am to find the furniture movers brought a truck they could not get up the driveway of Mike's old home because it was too steep and would hang up.
So my boss/friend Jerry, myself, and Mike's son Chad,Mike's neice, and some of their friends help empty a 24' box truck I rented at Mike's new house in an hour.
The kids really stepped up and I'm proud of them.
We had the empty truck back at the old house by 8:45 or so for the movers to load the furniture into.

XLTROD arrived but we had already emptied the truck I rented.
Thanks for showing Rod,that's what BBC friends do.

This is when I got a good look at the moving crew.
One guy was retirement age with a limp, another guy around 50 that complained constantly about everything, and a young that move no quicker than the other two.
I referred to them as the AARP Moving Company.
They finally got it all loaded but was like watching paint dry.
Everything was moved by 2:30 or so.

PS ,I talked to Mike tonight, his white blood cell count continues to rise.
The sores in his throat have subsided so he can eat solid food now but he's complaining the food sucks.Big surprise.

    Thanks for letting me ramble.

PS the moving company was Herbert Moving I believe.

But you could of used the help. There's probably a number of times we could use help with something. Anyways , I'll put up a post where those that want can put there phone numbers. It could be used to ask for help or to see if someone wants to go fishing

Not liking hospital food??? He's got to be felling better. How about we make a care package for him? I bet he'd like a nice stew or maybe a fettucini alfedo. Don't want to bring him something that doesn't reheat too well. When he is ready for some company, I'd like to visit him and bring him some real food. How about some venison? Tyler, let me know if it's possible.

Right now,he is only allowed sterile food.(Canned)
This might change in the next few days.
Mike is a severe seafood nut,as soon as I can we will bring him some seafood.
I'm thinking makings for lobster roll, lobster meat is available in cans.
He will not be able to resume absolute nornal eating until his white counts are high enough to fight off any food borne problems.
Mike can recieve visitors now,if anyone is available this week sometime and would like to go,let me know.My schedule is wide open and I plan on seeing him one day this week.
