MODEL # E200STLEDM HAD A REAL ROUGH RIDE IN JAN IN A TX ON WAY BACK WOUND UP BURNING HUB ON MY TROPHY PROP HAD TO IDLE BACK ALMOST AN HOUR REPLACED HUB EVER SINCE THE MOTOR HAS LOST ITS SNAP ON TAKE OFF AND NO MATTER HOW HIGH I TRIM IT WONT TURN NO MORE THAN 5300 RPM BEFORE I COULD TURN 5800 AND ALMOST 70 MPH NOW LUCKY TO DO 61 MPH AND WITH BOAT LOADED WILL NOT PLANE OUT WITHOUT SOMEONE UP FRONT WHAT TO DO NEXT OH CHANGED PLUGS THEY WERE 2 YEARS OLD AND ALSO COMPRESSION ALMOST 120 ACROSS ALL CYLINDERS??????????

to me to lose that much speed,its a cylinder or fuel to a cylinder,is this a carb motor or what.?

compression was almost 120 across the board on all cylinders!!

sounds to me your hub my be slipping. I am no expert by no means, but who put the hub in for you. The only variable that has change in the question is the hub. Try another prop like suggested before just to weed out that question.....
