    speedo tube?

    In the process of installing a new water impeller, I managed to break off the little plastice elbow that the speedometer hose attaches to. is there any reason to fix this other than the speedometer not working? and does anybody have any good ideas on how to get the rest of it out?

    An easy out will get it out. Nope that is the only reason it is there, to feed the speedo.
