April - May Sandy. You still gonna be around ? Nashua river, used to pound them on a black gold fleck sluggo. From the launch we dropped the trolling motor and ( facing the river from launch )went left about75 yards. There's like a small grass island or opening. Sometimes they were inside and sometimes in the river section itself but they were there. ..... IF all else fails give it a shot. Good luck and keep us posted.

Don't know. It all depends on selling this house, the market here right now is very slow. Thanks for the info on the river. Lots of rain today with 40 mph winds right now

Jazz, I tried your mentioned spot with no luck. I went up river and got a LM on a creature bait and another almost five lbs on my special crankbait. The fish seemed to be right where the bank broke off into deep water, 6-9 feet. I was able to pull out the win with 2 fish. It was a cold windy day, but not as bad as the cold pouring down rain day we had last year. I sure hate to put the boat up. I'd like to get up to Stumpfield, but it doesn't look like I'll make it.
