Truman Lake bass fishing picked up a little bit this past week. I took over 15 pounds to win the Tuesday night hawg fights, which is a small tourney from 6:00-9:00. I was starting to think that there were no more fish in Truman.

The Hawg fights are out of Sterrit Creek Marina, which is just about 4 miles north of Warsaw on 65 hwy. $30 entry fee.
I am coming up to fish fromAustin, Texas for a week on the 10th. of Sept. Any suggestions on what baits to use and what areas are doing well, would appreciate the help. I haven't been up for a couple of years, and what is the lake level? Thanks, Les Email MaverickLE@aol.com
