Fished yellow creek area from 10a to 5p Caught ten. one sm @3.5 took a small swimbait. The rest were lm. just keeper and above caught on plastics.number ten was a really large DRUM!

Not much of a pattern as they were caught at various depths.

Cool man. Thanks for the post. I'm planning on going to Pickwick saturday. Gonna go see whats happening in Panther first, then fish some spots back to the dam.

Rarely do we see someone just up and post something about Pickwick. I bet that smallie hammered that swimbait.

Well the storms kept me away this morning. Gonna fish my tourney next weekend cold turkey. Sucks. It's not like I ever won a tourney on Pickwick by prefishing.
But what the heck, its still fun, and I'll be alone. Will have the boat all to myself. Prolly go to Panther first.

Went to J P Coleman for a few hours this morning. Caught a few largemouth, buggest being 3 or 3.5. They were biting pretty good. We caught them on soft plastics. I was texas rigged and partner was carolina. 8-10 feet seemed to produce the most bites.

Thats good to know. 8-10 feet, doesn't get any better than that.

Sorry guys, couldn't fish my tourney. My mom went to the ER Friday morning and is still in the hospital. All is well though, they just want to run more tests that they can't run on the weekend.

    14lbs won it though.
