Club "T"s out of Anchor Marina

Did anyone fish any of the numerus club "t"s out of Anchor marina saturday. There were 3-4 different ones out of there.

Fished out of Anchor yesterday.......place is getting way too crowded on weekends anymore....ramp is not big enough to handle all the boat traffic now....

You out on the Northeast yesterday looking for gravel bars ?

Yea, yea. I didn't put until about 8:30. Then about 2:45 I was gonna pack up. I idled up to the dock area and there were about 10 boats waiting to load up and no idea about how many were tring to put in. So I went back out over toward North East Isle's condo's and that is when I found the gravel bar.I finally loaded up a little after 4. It was still crazy and is even tougher when you are by yourself.

Gotta watch that gravel bar at Rendells ( Northeast Isles ).....it runs paralell to the dock about 50 yards from it and extends out at least 100 yards....from Anchor ramp you have to run out of the no wake zone a few hundred yards, make a U turn and head straight into the dock at the Isles, the bar will be on your right heading to the Isles.

Weekends , if you are not in a TX, you need to get back in before 2:00 or after 3:30 or wait in line to tie up to get the boat out....now they are scheduling friday TX's also.....

That used to be called the Arundel. Years ago there was a deep channel and an old pier there as they hauled barges of stone out of there from a quarry across the RR tracks. I new there was a bar out there, it had just been years since I had been over there. Believe it or not I have actually had a truck out on that bar about 22 years ago. There were trees out there before they built the condo's.

Always wondered were the name came from...Rendells from Arundels fits.....

I'll be down Anchor in the morning ( wed ) for half a day fishing......been getting some big fish form the Northeast the past week...
