Do you use a boat or fish off the bank below dam 5? & have you ever fished below dam 4?

I was on the bank, some of my friends take there aluminum boats through there. I have fished both and have better luck (Walleye anyhow) below four--lotsa guys through minnows right were foam stops from spillover. Or if your feelin adventerous slip on the waders and walk to other side and there a slack pool there and there in there alot--about an 1 1/2 before dark.

I've been out the past 3 weekends!!!!! On the potomac.
Fishing has been decent, but it feels good to still be able to catch em when most others are at home!

I'll be out there today too!!!

Hit the Williamsport Dam at least the goggleyes are biting. I spent about 3 hours there the other day and caught about 40.

    Re: Burrrrr! (dreplogle)

3" black drop shot worm with about 8" between the hook and sinker. When I added scent it seemed to help but I caught many without it. Tried tubes and hare jigs but caught all my fish on the drop shot.
