Welcome to BBC!! Compression testers vary in readings a healthy one should be in the 90-95 range biggest thing is they are within 10% overall of each other.

When are you going to start the rebuild on that XP150 CrossFlow? It would be nice if you would do a before and after compression test along with a step by step, R&R pictorial of your overhaul.
