I'll be fishing the BFL Regional T on Lake Ouichita later this month. I ended the season in 7th place in the co-angler division, so I qualified for the regional with ease. I've never been to Arkansas before, so this will be an exciting experience. I've heard good things about the lake, so I can't wait to get there.

If any one has any tips or lure suggestions for me, I'll take them now. I only have a couple weeks to get ready. I still need to make hotel reservations too. I'll take care of that this week.

Steve, Ouachita is one of my favorite lakes In the fall I like to burn a spinnerbait on the Bluffs its a great way to catch them on Ouachita I throw a 1/2 oz war eagle wh/chart with wh/chart blades. fish the windy bluffs and parellel them. ther should also be a good frog bite in the moss and the Ribbit seems to work best for me but the spro frogs are killers too lots of moss in lake so check it out they also catch a lot of fish burning trap type baits over the grass my favorite is the red eye shad in sexy shad color but don't sell red ones short. Ouachita could have 4-5 patterns going on at same time just do what you are best at GOOD LUCK
