fished it Saturday. Bite has slowed some what but it's still good. The bite is no longer on crank bait but is now on down baits. I fished a Texas rig worm( power bait in a brown color) and put 4 good keepers in the boat and caught a mess of dinks in about 4 hours. Water temp was 77.9

I fish the damn area mostly because I live in Norfork. Friday and Sat. I fished all points from Koso up and into Brushy Creek. Caught alot of smallies and spots on DT-10's and some swimming a 1/4-5/16 jig and pig and on 1/16 oz. jig heads with grub tail. We caught maybe 35 fish with maybe five keepers but most were small to really small. Also caught 18" walleye on DT-10. No large Mouth. this week may get out and plan on fishing back of coves, friend caught some keeper bigmouths on top waters there. water temp 76-78 and water has come up some. Hope this helps and you catch a bunch.

I fished over there sunday, and I thought it was ALOT slower than it should have been! Dad and I caught about 20 bass, and had 3 keepers. I did manage one nice 3+lb smallmouth! There wasn't much wind though, and I think that didn't HELP!
It will continue to get better as the weather cools!!!
Thanks guys for the info. Had a blast. I only caught 4 keepers in 2 days, but caught plenty of fish.
It didn't really matter what I threw. I caught them on shad colored cranks, flukes, spinners, tubes or what ever. There were schools of shad moving in the creek big as my boat. It almost got to the point you were disapointed if you made a cast and didn't at least catch a dink.
