XPF xr or XPF pro whats better for my etec

i was trying to find out what would be better in my 06 225 ho ranger Z21.both have great ratings .just would like to know which one i should use .looks like the HPF pro was in it last.

The xr is recommended for the ETECS.

E-tecs and all the boats I service get the XPF-XR except the little guys. They get the different fluid.

thanks guys. just finished putting in the zpf xr.kinda cold up here wont be test runnig it for awhile unless i sneak in a road trip down south
