Well fished with a good buddy of mine, meet him at 7a.m. and we fished til 11a.m.. It was a good day started out slow but got much better. we caught about 40 fished with the best five going 20lbs plus. All fish came on a blade in less than a foot of water. The fish are in the bushes but the bigger fish are just off the bushes in the old weed-beds. The water temp was 61 and it was a real good stain in the water, not muddy where I was.
Are the bass spawning there yet if not when do you think they will be? Whats the best blade to throw on that lake? Any info will help i'm heading there soon for some fun fishing.
Yeah they are trying? River is a chocolate mess and flooded but this full moon should be first good wave. I did catch a couple last week that were spent out. But thats just my take lol
