Yessir that prop would be too big, I'm turning a 26 to 5800 with my 225.

I can and do run a 26" Raker (original) on my boat in the cooler months. I can wing it to 5400 r's. Jackplate is set at 2 7/8 " pad to center. Boat comes outta hole just fine; mid range is fine, and top end is around 64 gps. My engine is a FastStrike 150.............96' Vintage. ...............................RR
