I was wondering if anyone has ever had a problem getting in touch with them?

I placed an order about a week ago, and it's shown as "processing" since then. I had called and emailed because I wanted to add some items to the order, but have received no response yet.

I'm not worried about the materials not showing up, just trying to get an idea of how to best get in touch with them, how long it typically takes for them to ship, etc. Never bought anything from them before. A search here came back with a lot of high praise, good reviews, so again, that's not my concern.

Normally get my stuff in 5 days or so. I ordered last Wed. and still have not recieved mine either. The only time I had to wait longer than a week is when they had the hurricane last year. Prob just really busy.

Well, I got home today and it's all here. I thought since it still said "processing" on their website and hadn't received any shipping confirmation or anything, that it hadn't shipped yet. But everything is all here.

I ordered last week and got it 5 days later...still said processing yesterday. Have yet to complain, their service is top notch!!

I ordered on 2/10 and here it is today 2/20 and still havent received anything usually wouldnt care but they are in va so i dont know what the hang up is. I paid with PP and got nothing but a receipt from paypal. when i call no one answers and their box is full.

haha just got in touch with them, they said the mold i ordered has been selling like crazy and should ship tomorrow.
