Is there a way to reverse mold a Fluke? Then make a mold or just make a mold

I am ignorant to this stuff but I know I can reverse mold it but then what material could I use for finish mold?

I'm not selling anything! I just have tons of soft plastics I could melt down...and I hate paying more money for half the amount of swim tail flukes(compared to regular flukes)! I understand its a little more material but then half as many???

    THX

I make a lot of molds from alumilite which is a plastic resin that turns hard I have sucessfully made a copy of a skinny dipper which is similar to the swimming fluke just make sure when you get it ready to mold I make the bait rigid with a piece of a skewer you can also make a mold from RTV silicone which also comes from alumilite it is soft and pliable and a little easier to work with
