I dont know who makes them,If anyone does but you can get that spinnerbait head from Barlows.They use to sell them in 1/2oz to 2oz but now they only sell them in 1oz to 2 1/2oz.If your up to making your own.I didnt like them because they have a heaver size wire than I like .045.
Just checked my lurepartsonline catalog and they have the heads in 3/4oz and 1oz.I also have 2 of the 3/4oz heads Same color head and would be glad to make up what your looking for out of them for you.That is defiantly a lure parts painted(color) head.I think that is a home made bait

Like Jerkbait said that head can be purchase at one of the tacklemaking retailers. The skirt is a Starflash skirt and that swivel is Worth let me see a better pic if you need me to identify the blade. I am a spinnerbait aficionado if you haven't noticed.
