Tried a couple of jointed baits

Tried a couple of jointed baits yesterday. Painted them while they hung vertically. The painting wasn't really all that hard. Getting them on the drying wheel was a pain though.

A BBZ Shad. The white spots by the joints are from the flash on the camera.

Cheaper to keep a kid in tourney fishing than paying attorneys to keep them out of jail !!

How did you manage to turn the Spro bait? Have some big balsa wake baits truning now (single, mid-body joint) and managed that easily enough with some wire and cable ties at line tie and rear hanger. Have not been able to figure how to stretch the Spro out like that.

    Nicely done.

    Re: (dtrs5kprs)

I actually just did a few wraps of thin wire around the joints and they held very well.
