    I remembered your post as I skimmed through various lure parts catalogs this afternoon in preparation of making several Black Friday orders. I did not see anything like this. However, it seems to me that you could make that part using a crankbait lip that is available from all of the lure parts supply houses. You would need to have a mold made to pour the lead on the one end and might be able to make something similar to the strip of metal that prevents the snap from wearing on the crankbait lip.
