"Punch Stops", Where can I get them?

Looking for the cone shaped rubber stopper as seen in Bob Tosh's Punch Video. You can also see an example in Bass FAn's article about "Texas Rigging a Crank". Bass Fan states teh Japanese Lure company Zappu makes them.

I have looked online and can't find them. ANybody have a source for the real deal or an alternative? I am not interestedin the 1.49 BPS rubber stoppers.

have you looked at slip bobber stops? they are basically the same thing
