Lead pot, molds, lead,
hooks,wire,weed guards and maybe something to flux with
Skirts or skirt tabs, blades, swivels, paint.

understanding wife/girlfriend or neither...
This might help as a start. Pretty much the bare minimum for jigs, but once you get the basic stuff, the rest is easy. Initial outlay is a couple $$, but your imagination is the only limit once you start making your own.
