    Reed Valve Upgrade

    '92 Evinrude 200XP E200STLENS

I recently purchased a set of Boyesen Reed Valves (B166), and it talks about changing the jets in the carbs to ensure proper mixture for the new reeds. Which jets are the ones I need to change, and where can I buy the replacement jets?

Also, are there any good diagrams out there for the scavenging/recirculation hoses? Particularly, the barbs at the very upper and lower crankcase. My Seloc manual doens't have one....

    Re: Reed Valve Upgrade (aggieangler09)

The instructions should tell you which orifices need to be change and you can order them from your local BRP dealer or BRP parts online. When you go to remove the intake you'll see the recirc valves. You may need to play with the timing also.
