How much to make a rod

I was curious where I would look for pricing on making my own rods, and how much I could plan on spending? I am thinking high end, like recoil guides, no foregrip with split rear grip, thermalon materials, the lightest, most sensitive blanks out there. Is this realistic, as far as price goes, and would it be what I am looking for, or should I stick to buying them?
