Who cranks at night?

What water color (clear, stained, murky) Deep/shallow? Types of cranks/colors?

I like to fish lighted boat docks at night.

My lure choice depends on the water depth, but typically whatever I throw in that situation will be black/chrome, either a crankbait, rattletrap, or jerkbait.

Yes it works. Squarebills shallow. DD off-shore. Color isnt huge but dark would logically seem to be better. I have done it, but don't do it much.

Hear people do it...personally I don't. If I'm gonna fish something moving at night, it'll be a big colorado bladed spinner....

I use single hook stuff at night, mostly for safety. It's like playing russian roulette, sooner or later all those hooks will find you!
