    cold dirty water crank?

    what is everyones fav bait and color?

    I think I'd throw a black or black/blue chatterbait moving really slow and steady. Or, a 3/8oz black spinnerbait with a huge single colorado blade. Or, drag a HUGE black and blue or black jig as close to cover as I could get.

    For a crank, not sure, maybe a bagley original balsa B in charturse/black back. Worked for T.O. in the classic a few years back. But, that water was not cold. Not sure I've ever seen a crank in all black. If I found one that was rather shallow diving (<5'), that's what I'd use. But, then again, I have no idea what I'm doing on the water 99% of the time.

    Rick Clunn 2.5 or 3.5 in the white shad color works great for me in dirty water here.
