    As a jig/lure builder/tournament fisherman

I would not like a jig with two hooks. Twice as much to hang up on and only 1/2 as much pressure you can put on the points of the hooks. This means you better set the hook twice as hard and that wont happen. Another gimmick. Someones gonna make some money on it though. There are less fish lost on single hook baits....

+1! That's the reasoning (unsaid though ) behind VMC's Sure-set treble, that one monster point gets the vast majority of the pressure on the hookset, so yeah, it's gonna reliably set better than the same pressure split between 2 or 3 points of contact, and if it should miss or slip you've got 2 points to catch.

More hang ups was my thought as well, I think Charlie Ingrahm was pushing it a couple of weeks ago on Fishing U.

Snagproof is making them. It's on their website. Don't know that anyone has them for sale though.

I just looked at it. For $8.75 + you can have it Seems like a pretty steep price to me.

I'll stick with my regular jigs and chose one that rights itself and keeps the hook point sticking up
