Jigs Question

I am wondering why are Skirts on Flipping Jigs {Out of the Package} mostly on the bottom of the jigs. The Rubber piece that hold Skirt in place tends to have more Rubber on the bottom of the jigs {I know its can be adjust}. Why aren't they are evenly seperated around the Jig's head? Is it because of the action?Anyone know why?

I've noticed the same thing and wondered the same thing. I could never think of a logical explination for it though.

I noticed it on more then them. I have noticed it on some of the War Eagle's that I have. I really could care less, just something I wondered about.
