    Line memory

What is the best way to get rid of line memory? Will the line spray get rid of it? How well does the line spray work for its other uses?

Reel Magic will get rid of it.

Monofilament is the worst, and the colder the weather is the more it coils, especially on spinning gear

Poor man's Reel Magic - Silicon spray from the automotive aisles at Walmart. Works fine and much more economical.

Reel Magic is usually the ticket.

    Re: Line memory (borderbasser)

I have used reel magic the past few trips but it doesnt seem to help much. How are you guys using it (how much do you spray)? I have also found if you intentionally hang a stump, back off a ways and pull it tight it will help.
