    Re: Garage Question (Blue Steel)

    Mike,
I don't know the cost of a garage that size but make sure you build one that is big enough for all your toys when you do it. You can never, ever have a garage too big. I wish mine was twice the size it is now.

Built a 28x 28 last summer for 17000 hardiboard siding. Friends and I framed it. Subed out the rest. It appraised for 30000 when I refied a year later. and yes It is way to small already.

    Re: Garage Question (Gaston Mike)

Current garage is 24x32 with two 16 foot doors, drive thru. Second story is a very nice apartment.I paid $20 ten years ago unfinished. It is vinyl, I'm sure the cost of using brick instead would a heck of alot more.

Talk to Jeff Hayden or Scott Scheil, they both love to build!
