The primer bulb won’t stay hard. I have checked all the connection to ensure they are tight. I can’t see any fuel leaking out. It will ideal fine, but when I put it in the water it will get up on plain then die (no fuel).

When the motor dies is the primer bulb pulled flat?
Can you prime the bulb and restart the motor?
No the primer bulb is not flat when it happens.

Have you tried bumping the choke when it begins to stall? If you have gas there, it should pick back up.

This sounds like a fuel pump problem, have you replaced the VRO?
